Location clearances drafts

Here is the email I sent to the Dinnington Resource Centre administration to gain clearance to shoot parts of my short film on their property:

This the second email I sent out, this was towards Dinnington High School regarding clearance to shoot on their property also:

I delivered these to clarify my permissions when shooting on certain properties, this is a legal requirement so I can confirm the clearance for my location recce. This is a fundamental for the production process of the film, it allows me, and my team, to have a full understanding of the what we can and cannot do within these premises.
